  • I conduct a detailed review and evaluation of your home, provide written recommendations, and assist you in preparing it for market.

  • Your home should have a Price that generates immediate interest by Ready, Willing & Able Buyers.
  • I provide a Competitive Market Analysis and trend data to assist you in setting a appropriate Pricing Strategy.

Promotion

  • Selling a home requires Promotion that leverages the channels used by the target markets (Brokers & Consumers), communicates features and benefits and anticipates possible objections.
  • I target both Consumers and Real Estate Brokers through a variety of channels to maximize exposure of your property. 

Plan

  • A Marketing and Project Plan is necessary to track and accomplish the tasks to achieve our objectives.
  • I execute and manage a project plan from initiation to closing to make the process easy and pain free.
