Arbor Creek

Arbor Creek is located in Holly Springs North Carolina and was developed in the late 1990s with many of the homes built by Colony Homes (Colony was subsequently acquired by KB Homes). The neighborhood is located off of 55 Business and is a short hop to US-1.

The design of the neighborhood included retail at the entry of the subdivision. Arbor Creek has a mix of home styles - town homes and detached homes - and is a swim community. Some of the homes and streets have alley access for parking which is a nice throwback. The neighborhood also has sidewalks.

Over the past six years, Arbor Creek has been one of the strongest appreciating neighborhoods with an average increase of 3.5 percent per year.
